This had to be one of my most hated paintings. The shapes the water made were ALWAYS unclear and the light was always on the move. Needless to say I am unsatisfied with the result
you did have some trouble distinguishing shapes. On your next piece go for a stronger, more complete drawing first as a structure to hang the painting on.That may solve your problem.
